If I do not accept your form of health insurance, you can still receive mental health therapy at the out of pocket session fee. In this case, I will accept all major credit cards, health savings account cards (HSA), and flexible spending account cards (FSA). 

If you have a form of health insurance that I do not accept, I highly recommend contacting your provider to confirm whether or not you have out of network mental health coverage. If you do, I will gladly provide you with an electronic statement, also known as a superbill, that you can submit to your insurance agency to request potential reimbursement. 

By submitting the superbill along with your request for reimbursement, your health insurance provider may be willing to reimburse you for all, or a portion, of what you pay for out of pocket while in therapy.
